KARACHI - ZRG has announced that the SME Bank has selected ZRG’s OneView Contact Center Solution with Dialogic CTI technology for the Contact Center project.
This is the latest win by ZRG after the recent project winnings at Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) 1199 Customer Service Help Line of and Ta’aluq Customer Care Center at Pakistan State Oil Limited (PSOL) among others.
SME Bank was formed in the year 2002 to answer the standing demand of the country’s small and medium entrepreneurs. It covers over 30 sectors of trading, manufacturing and servicing with financial assistance from Rs.50,000.- up to Rs.100 Million.
SME Bank was looking for an internationally recognized and locally proven contact center technology from a reliable provider that will enable the bank to support a growing customer base and innovative product and service portfolio.
The Bank required a system that could be easily and quickly modified locally without any dependence of a global solution partner/provider.
ZRG offered a turnkey multi-channel, multi-application OneView Contact center that provides all the capabilities and integrations that the Bank needs now with the freedom to incorporate additional services as and when required by the business. ZRG bid received the highest score.

ZRG will deploy the entire system and release it for production usage in less than a month.
