KARACHI: ZRG has announced that it has been awarded the contact center project for the 1199 Helpline of Sui Southern Gas Company, Pakistan (PSX: SSGC).

The project is aimed at increasing the range of services and reducing operational costs of SSGC Helpline 1199 Contact center, a one window facilitation service for the SSGC residential, commercial and industrial customers.

According to the agreement, ZRG is deploying OneView Contact Center solution with customized business service applications and complaint management for automated and live agent based inbound and outbound customer service.

The advanced Multi-media, Multi-application OneView Contact Center platform will enable the 1199 Helpline to serve its customers using the most relevant and cost-effective channel including Voice, Text and Digital media channels such as Messenger, Live Chat, eMail and WhatsApp.

ZRG’s OneView Contact center suite is built on top of the cutting edge Dialogic Power Media technology that will give the latest CTI and SIP communication capabilities to SSGC.
